Covid 19 statement

For the past 2-3 weeks we have taken every possible measure to ensure the safety of our Staff and our clients, following rigorous hand washing regimes and taking all pre-cautionary measures with cleanliness & distancing in order to service all the moves we had booked in our removals diary.

Further to the government directive on Monday 23rd March on the response to the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak, we have taken the decision today to postpone our operations for the next three weeks; this is also the guidance we have received from our governing body The British Association of Removers(BAR).

This decision was taken with great sadness and is not a decision we have taken lightly. In September of this year we celebrate 20 years in business and throughout that 20 years never once have we cancelled a removal or failed to attend a pre – booked move. However we feel the  health and wellbeing of our employees and customers is far greater than any of that.

We must now come together as people, as an industry, as a country and as a nation to do everything we can to slow down this virus. We hope for your understanding and we hope you will join us in now limiting all but essential travel and following the guidelines we all have been given.

We have today endeavoured to contact all customers with bookings to postpone all
Moves booked within the 3 week period and we will look to alternative dates as soon as we are allowed to by the UK government.

In today’s new age technology, all of our management and office staff have access to email and we can be contacted at Should you have any questions or queries regarding moving, storage or advice on any of the above statement, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We wish all of our staff, our customers and the general public well and hope that this allows us to take part in the national effort to defeat this deadly virus.

Please,  if you can, stay home & stay safe.

The Guardian team.
